A body-based healing session for those experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, stored tension, or physical discomfort connected to the nervous system.
This is a more active and trauma-informed practice where we work through body awareness, guided meditation, breath, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation to help your body feel safe enough to release what it has been holding.
Rather than trying to “fix” the body, the work is about learning how to listen to it differently and reconnect with your own inner intelligence.

Intuitive Tarot Reading - message from your soul
This is not a predictive reading or a space to ask about someone else’s future.
I use tarot more as a reflective and intuitive tool - a way to explore your current energy, emotional patterns, inner conflicts, and the deeper themes that may be asking for your attention right now.
Sometimes the cards simply help bring language and clarity to things you already feel somewhere underneath.
